AIGA Detroit proudly presents the Celebrate Michigan Design Lecture and Reception; celebrating the past, present and future of graphic design in Michigan.

Event highlights include:

+ Presentations by Ed Fella, Nelson Greer and Ron Rae; 3 prominent design-illustrators who will share their experiences working in the 60's Detroit commercial art industry.

+ AIGA Fellow Award Presentation to Doug Kisor, Professor and Chair of CCS Graphic Design Department

+ Silent Poster Auction featuring hand-signed limited edition posters from designers Nina Bianchi, Andrea Cardinal, Ed Fella, Nelson Greer, Steve Frykholm, Ron Rae and Liisa Salonen. Individual posters will also be for sale.

+ Reception with food and refreshments immediately following. Music by DJ Lorenzo.
